Change of plans

The sweetest sound.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we’ve unfortunately been forced to cancel our first visit to the studio that was planned to be the 21th of September. Instead the recording of “Drunk on Hate” will commence, one week later, on the 28th.

This doesn’t affect the overall planning for the recording and we are confident we will catch up any lost time. I mean, who doesn’t love grinding the songs of the album for the 1000th time to the delightful tone of a metronome?

Well. Thats at least what I plan to do. Or maybe try to work out those solos of mine. Would be kinda… time to do that… now.

Last song finished

Yep. The last song for the upcoming cd has been finished. At least when it comes to the framework. We always leave some small stuff for the studio, where we can go creative bananas.

Now I think its time to reveal the working names for every song! Some of them are in swedish so you’ll also get the translation. But the order of the songs do not reflect how they will be presented on the record. Well they could, in theory, but that would be purely coincidental.

Döden trampar (Death is pedaling)
Hårdrock (Heavy metal)
Unangel (Yeah, we named it after our band. Or the other way around. Someway. The real name of the song)
Black Lead Halo (Oh yes! Thats actually a song we already played live.)
Fräs (Sizzle or frizzle. Something like that.)
Slayer of the soul (An intro. Probably.)

Planning stage

In a couple of weeks we will enter the studio to record the drums for the upcoming album “Drunk on Hate“. Right now there ain’t much to say about it rather than we are really happy to get started.

This album was intendently meant to start being recorded in May but time consuming problems along with a break-in in the studio did put it on hold for the summer. But now. Fuck yeah, finally, now! It will soon be time to let the studio madness once again strike down and fuck us up beyond all recognition.
